If you are looking to stay beach side for a cheaper option, this is definitely the place. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, especially Willy. They bring breakfast to your room every morning and clean your room everyday. Free bikes are available and ask for a cooler if you need one; if they are available, they will let you borrow one. The location is perfect because you are central to a lot of places: about a 20 minute bike ride to downtown Tulum, about a 20 minute bike ride to the ruins, and very close to a lot of restaurants. Highly recommended 110%. This hotel made our stay very memorable. Thank you to all the staff that made this such a great experience!

This place was so wonderful! Staff were all extremely friendly and the free complimentary breakfast was delivered every morning and had a variety of food. So delicious! Room was spacious for the 4 of us and was clean. My only complaint is that it seemed like the AC temperature was set at 20 degrees Celsius and could not be changed (AC automatically turns on at a specific time range). Our group was a bit on the chilly side at night but other than that, we loved our stay!

I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. This was our first time visiting Tulum, and I'm thrilled we chose to stay here! The entire staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. The complementary breakfast was delivered every morning at our chosen time and with freshly washed towels. We had the opportunity to chat with the hotel manager; she is GREAT!! Posada Lamar has a sister hotel just south of our location with a beautiful cenote, and visiting was definitely a highlight of our trip. If you have the opportunity, speak with the staff, as they all have excellent recommendations for food, excursions, etc. Since the hotel is on the smaller side, every interaction was personable, which made all the difference!!

Literally one of the top 3 best dinning experiences I have had all year! The vibe is a beautiful beach cottage setting right on the ocean. The service was fantastic & the food was incredible. Some of the best Italian food I have ever had by far! You basically have two choices: pasta or pizza, and both are freshly made. We also accidentally double paid and didn’t realize until the next day, when we returned Alessandro was there already with the refund and then invited me to eat breakfast. Was so thoughtful. Can’t wait to go back here! Gracias para todo!

Thanks to Adriana and all the staff for a relaxing and fun stay. The location of this hotel is exceptional - it’s literally steps from the ocean It’s out of the party zone but close to everything you need. The morning breakfast on your terrace is a treat and very special. Rooms are very clean and cool - I used the fan. Didn’t need the aircon. Comfy beds, loved the thatched roof. The staff gave me helpful tips on where to eat and what to do. Added bonus are the massages at the hotel which you can have on the beach or in a relaxing massage tent. I’d recommend staying here solo, as a couple or a family, and can’t wait to come back. Thank you

At first look the rooms are very bare with curtains and not many outlets. My room came with a bug net, small fan, ac, and ceiling fan but no fridge. After turning in the fan and a it cooled down and was a pleasant sleep. It’s right on the water and comes with breakfast. The breakfast was very delicious and the pool fell very nice after my swim at the beach. They offer massages and I decided to treat myself to one. It was very nice and just what I needed! They do have parking but space is limited. I didn’t have a reservation when I arrived but they had an available room for me. Nice and friendly staff. Would go back.

We had a pleasant stay with Our friends for my birthday. The staff was so helpful in arranging/accommodating for everything. When we needed something from the store they were able to pick it up for us, The room was always cleaned and breakfast Was lovely. The beach massages were a great bonus at a reasonable price. One minus were the bikes. When booking the hotel we thought it was a great added bonus that they offered free bike rentals, Unfortunately these bikes are so old and rusty that the day we took them out, 2 of the bikes had to left behind because they broke in route. One of my friends had to take a taxi and leave the bike for the hotel to pick it up in the middle of the street basically. My recommendation, get new bikes or don't offer these, they are dangerous and in terrible condition.

I recommend this place HIGHLY for anyone coming to Tulum. The staff, especially Adriana and Nicholas were exceptional and so attentive. Every staff member was kind and communicated clearly and did their best to make our trip memorable. The vibe is awesome with a beach party planned by the hotel and some fun dancing late into the night. Otherwise the hotel is very calm and serene as it’s a 10 mins walk from the main hotel zone. The massage service was incredible and relaxation was provided at every turn. Our rooms were always clean and taxi service was booked for us whenever we asked. The bonus was having the beautiful dog roaming all around us. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend the eggs with bacon and the delicious jam toast and granola yoghurt. I will be coming back!
